Where is it hosted and is it GDPR compliant?

EU-hosted in Frankfurt. Sensitive engineering and spec data stay in Europe (GDPR / EU-only). No US-cloud default for production data.

How long does onboarding take?

Design partners typically start in days, not months: access, first OEM spec, first test plan. Founders onboard personally, no enterprise sales loop.

Do specs and IP stay with the customer?

Yes. Specs and derived artifacts stay under your control; processing is EU-hosted. Cevelar does not train public models on your specs.

Why not Excel or an ALM like Polarion/Jira?

Excel breaks on traceability and standards mapping. ALMs store tests, they do not extract and map specs. Cevelar closes the gap from spec to structured test plan and exports into existing tools.
