Requirements rarely arrive in one language. This one switches mid-sentence. Cevelar reads it as written, with no translation step in between.

What is Cevelar?

Cevelar is Engineer-as-a-Service for requirements and the evidence that they are met. The platform reads specs, finds gaps, and derives test plans. Engineers take judgment and mandate. Cevelar Arc runs validation campaigns through the test-center network; accredited institutes run the tests. EU-hosted in Frankfurt.

Where is Cevelar hosted and is it GDPR compliant?

EU-hosted in Frankfurt. Sensitive engineering and spec data stay in Europe. Production data is processed in the EU (GDPR).

How do programs start?

A briefing covers spec, target standard, and delivery. Then platform, engineers, or an Arc campaign start. Timeslots are bookable in the calendar.

Do specs and IP stay with the customer?

Yes. Specs and derived artifacts stay under your control; processing is EU-hosted. Cevelar does not train public models on your specs.

How is Cevelar priced?

Delivery is scoped to the program: platform, engineering mandate, or campaign. Scope and terms are set in the briefing.

Why not Excel or an ALM like Polarion/Jira?

Excel breaks on traceability and standards mapping. ALMs store tests, they do not extract and map specs. Cevelar is the coverage layer beside Polarion/Jira — see requirements management and RM without an ALM rollout.
