What is in the resources section?
Guides to mandatory standards (UN 38.3, IEC 62619, EU 2023/1542, ASPICE), use cases from OEM spec to test plan, plus battery passport and Arc. Not a magazine: planning grids validation teams need before the lab books.
Which standards does a battery test plan have to carry?
Typically UN 38.3 (transport T.1–T.8), IEC 62619 (industrial safety) and the EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542 sit together. OEM specs often harden profiles. ASPICE requires bidirectional traceability from spec clause to test and report.
When does the digital battery passport become mandatory?
For EV, LMT and industrial batteries above 2 kWh, the digital battery passport is mandatory from 18 February 2027. The fields (about 90 across seven categories) have to match evidencable tests, not just a datasheet.
How does Cevelar relate to these guides?
Input is the OEM spec. Output is structured requirements, coverage gaps and an auditable test plan. Tests run at accredited institutes; Arc runs the campaign. EU-hosted in Frankfurt.
